You can browse existing issues without an account, to see whether something is already known or being fixed.
To open or comment on an issue you need a free account: pick a username, give an email address and password, and solve a short captcha.
Please don't post security vulnerabilities in a public issue. Email contact@libreportal.org instead and say it's a security report.
